18K white gold purse pendant/charm, with a white mother-of-pearl body embellished with pink mother-of-pearl flowers.  The purse flap is set with small round cut vivid pink sapphires and round cut diamonds.  The purse strap features a twisted design, and is fitted with a sliding pendant bail.
